Please visit the Customer Service Desk, located on Level Q to receive information about the centre, city information, what’s on and public transport.
The Customer Service team is here to help! The Customer Service Supervisor is multi-lingual, fluent in Mandarin and Taiwanese, along with a basic understanding of Japanese and Korean. If you need assistance with location, maps, stores please visit our Customer Service Desk.
Lost Child Wristbands
To ensure you child is safe at all times, visit the Customer Service Desk to receive your complementary children’s identification wristband. The wristband assists authorities to reunite children and parents quickly.
Lost and Found Service
If you’ve lost a precious item, please contact the Customer Service Desk on (07) 3223 6900 to see if it has been logged or found.
Visit the parents room located on Level 2, next to Stacks. The room is fully equipped with general amenities, changing tables and private feeding areas, microwaves and television.
The Myer Centre has two currency exchange facilities available.
Travel Money Oz is located on Queen Street Mall and can assist with foreign exchange, pre-paid currency cards and international payment service.
Also, visit Remox, located on Level A near Queen Street Mall Bus Station.
Automatic Teller Machines (ATM)
The Myer Centre has a range of automatic teller machines (ATM’s) including Commonwealth Bank, ANZ and Reditellers. To find the ATM locations simply contact our Customer Service Desk on (07) 3223 6900.

Stroller and Wheelchair hire
The Myer Centre also offers complimentary wheelchair and stroller hire for all customers. The service is free of charge, however current photographic ID must be provided at the Customer Service Desk. Please note, the stroller hire is for children under 12 months only.
Taxis – The Myer centre is found at the top end of the Queen Street Mall. If travelling in by taxi, you will want to be dropped off on Elizabeth Street just past the Treasury Casino. Furthermore, the nearest taxi rank is located on Albert St, in front of TopShop.
Bus Interchange- the Brisbane City Council bus services pass through the underground bus interchange which has direct lift access into The Myer Centre.
