Online booking is a convenient and easy way to pre-pay for your parking and save on the regular drive-up rates at The Myer Centre car park.
How it Works
We use licence plate technology to match your booking when you arrive at the car park.
To make a booking, click here and enter your details. We will send an email once your booking is confirmed.
Then, drive to The Myer Centre car park and proceed slowly towards the entry gate. Our system will read your plate and allow you to enter.
To exit, drive slowly to the exit and wait for the gate to lift. No ticket is required.
Running late? There is a 1 hour grace period provided before and after your booked entry time to give you peace of mind for any unforeseen changes. You can also amend or cancel your booking online up to 1 hour before your booking starts.

Do I need an account?
No, you can make a booking as a guest or register to create a password and save your details for next time. Saving your details makes booking faster if you book online regularly.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Yes, you can change or cancel your booking online here up to 1 hour before the booking starts.
No cancellation fees apply however, if you do not use your booking and do not cancel it beforehand, you will not be eligible for a refund.
How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
You will receive an email once your booking has been confirmed.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam folders or contact us at email@example.com to confirm your booking before arriving at the car park.
What if I need to stay longer than I booked?
You can amend your booking online here up to 1 hour before the booking starts.
If you remain in the car park beyond this time, casual parking rates will be applied for the remainder of your stay.
How do I use the booking?

Do I need to bring my booking confirmation?
No, you do not need to bring your booking confirmation to the car park. The Myer Centre car park uses licence plate technology to match your booking.
Can I change the vehicle registration for my booking?
Do you offer overnight and long stay parking?
No. Online bookings are available for single days only.
Should you park over a period of multiple days, you will be charged the full day standard drive up rate, per day.
Do you offer monthly parking?
Yes, we offer monthly reserved and unreserved parking for your convenience.

Can I book a disabled bay?
No, unfortunately we are not able to reserve disabled bays in the car park.

Where do I park in the car park?
On arrival, you may park in any parking bay that is not marked as reserved or disabled (unless you have a valid permit).
Early bird customers must park on Levels P3 Orange or P4 Red.
How many times can I enter and exit?
Your booking is valid for one entry and one exit only. Any additional entries will be charged at the casual parking rates.
Who can I contact for help?
For help with your booking in the car park, press the 24/7 help button at the nearest entry, exit or pay machine and a member of our car park team will gladly assist.
For all other booking enquiries, including refund requests, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call 07 3223 6900. We are available Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Why can't I log in?
If you are receiving the error 'Your username or password is incorrect', either the password or username is incorrect, or this is first time you are using the updated booking site. If you have an existing account you will need to reset the password by clicking on 'Forgotten Password' at the bottom of the login page.
