Does your morning at work consist of continuous clock watching and contemplating lunch options? Do you often opt for a microwavable meal to avoid facing the craziness of the CBD at lunchtime? We’ve got the perfect solution for you!

This month we teamed up with Bridget Goldsworthy from @brisbanefoodtheory to explore all the delicious lunch options on offer at The Myer Centre. Follow the 5-day CBD EATS series as Bridget shows us her favourite spots to dine!

MONDAY: Winter Warmer

With winter setting in on Brisbane, Bridget headed to New Shanghai on Level E for some soul warming noodles and dumplings.


TUESDAY: Healthy Option

On Tuesday, Bridget explored healthy lunch options with the Sumo Salad range, available on Level E.


To get through the rest of the work week, Wednesday saw Bridget grab a delicious and easy on the go lunch from Salsas Fresh Mex on Level E.

THURSDAY: Cheat Meal

With the weekend in clear sights, a cheat meal from Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart on Level A was definitely warranted!

FRIDAY: Friday Feels

For the final day of the series, Bridget visited Nene Chicken on Level A for the ultimate Friday treat-yo-self feast involving tacos, burgers and wings.
